CM Converge FAQs Answered

Who is already registered to attend and speak?

We have speakers and attendees registered from top organizations nationwide ranging from Medical Directors to VPs of Care Management to COOs to DCMs. Learn more about our confirmed speakers and attendees here.

What’s the dress code for CM Converge?

Join us however you’re comfortable. Most attendees will probably be in business casual attire. While the guest list is exclusive, suits or black tie not at all necessary! We’ll have an evening boat event included in your registration, so you’ll want something comfortable for that on Thursday evening.

Is there a virtual option to attend?

Unfortunately, not for this event. CM Converge is designed to offer interactive sessions, workshopping solutions to challenges CM leaders are facing, and networking. So, we’re bringing innovators together in person. If you’re interested in future virtual events, just share your information here and we’ll let you know when we host virtual events and webinars related to case management innovation.

What does it cost to attend CM Converge?

It’s free! We know budgets are tight at your hospitals and health systems, so Aidin and Phoenix Medical Management are providing complimentary registration for the inaugural 2024 CM Converge forum, as long as you’re a case management or hospital leader. Travel and accommodations are your responsibility, but we’ve also negotiated a great rate ($339/night) at the nearby Westin Waterside right on the Tampa Riverwalk for you to join us at this retreat at a discounted cost. Book your room at the CM Converge rate here by January 31.

Will I earn CE credits?

Yes, your hosts at Phoenix Medical Management are working now to make this happen. We anticipate having 5 CEU credits available for all CM Converge attendees.

Any other questions? Reach out to our CM Converge team here and we’ll be back in touch ASAP.
