We’ve just opened up registration requests for the 2025 CM Converge! Space is limited to ensure it’s an engaging, interactive experience so we’ll be limiting it to a maximum of 50 attendees. Medical Directors to VPs of Care Management to COOs to DCMs. Learn more about who attended last year here. We’re also working on speakers and presenters based on what our registered attendees share with us in their surveys. So, more coming soon on this information!
Join us however you’re comfortable. Most attendees will probably be in business casual attire. While the guest list is exclusive, suits or black tie not at all necessary! We’ll have an evening boat event included in your registration, so you’ll want something comfortable for that on Thursday evening.
Unfortunately, not for this event. CM Converge is designed to offer interactive sessions, workshopping solutions to challenges CM leaders are facing, and networking. So, we’re bringing innovators together in person. If you’re interested in future virtual events, just share your information here and we’ll let you know when we host virtual events and webinars related to case management innovation.
It’s free! We know budgets are tight at your hospitals and health systems, so Aidin is providing complimentary registration for the 2025 CM Converge forum, as long as you’re a care management or hospital leader. Travel and accommodations are your responsibility, but we’re also negotiating a great rate at the nearby Aloft Tampa Downtown, which is a short walk to the venue for you to join us at this retreat at a discounted cost.
